Experienced Full Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper- Walnut Grove Office
Job Purpose: Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Aids field staff in performance of duties with office support. Salary DPOE.
Duties:
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares monthly invoices
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

Experienced Full Time Stormwater Monitor- Walnut Grove Office
Job Purpose: Perform routine and supplemental site stormwater inspections as required by pertinent permits, as well as conduct site specific consultations to reduce potential risks associated with stormwater discharges. Oversee personnel as necessary in the implementation of best management practices and administer NCRM programs for clients. Salary DPOE.
Duties:
- Conduct weekly inspections for all sites delegated
- Perform inspection of construction sites, linear sites, and non-exempt agricultural operations for compliance with their individual stormwater management plans and construction storm water permits.
- Prepare reports of finding and/or corrective actions required by contractors and developers.
- Prepare site specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)
- Prepare Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCP)
- Inform and advise site contractors of proper use of Best Management Practices (BMPs) to use for site concerns
- Coordinate with implementation crews and subcontractors in the resolution of corrective actions
Skills/Qualifications:
- Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) - Preferred
- Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) – Minimum
- Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) - Preferred
- Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP)
Strong self motivational skills as large amount of work is unsupervised, good oral and written communication skills, excellent organization, ability to work weekends.

Experienced Full Time Driver- Walnut Grove Office
Job Purpose: Provide safe operation of NCRM company vehicles between job sites as to provide timely delivery of materials, equipment and personnel between jobs. Salary DPOE.
Duties:
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight, equipment, materials
- Develops and maintains good Company image in the trade and industry
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- CDL Class A- Preferred
- CDL Class B-minimum
- High School Diploma or GED or 3 yrs work experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must also pass a post-offer D.O.T. drug screen and physical test
- Requires full background check, including credit, criminal and sex offender hit list due to exposure to schools, airports, hospitals and government facilities
- Role requires constant bending and reaching and must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds consistently throughout an entire shift
- Must be able to work outside the facility in the elements (summer, winter, etc.) Must be able to operate and enter/exit a vehicle, moving from that vehicle to outside then to indoor and occasionally into refrigerated areas
Work environment involves slight physical risks that require following basic safety precautions, and the use of equipment with relatively simple operating procedures.

Job Description: North Coast Resource Management seeks to employ a Forester to assist with land management activities including timber cruising, growth and yield modeling, timber harvest and NTMP plan preparation, GIS mapping, and other general land management activities. Experience with Microsoft Access database management is preferred. Work sites are located on private timberland and ranchland properties throughout northern California. Main Office is located in Calpella (near Ukiah, in Mendocino County), California.
